We typically choose to work with a small number of clients a year who are investing in creating an exceptional quality ‘forever’ home. This allows us to get to know our clients and their project at an early stage. It gives us time to work collaboratively with the client and the design team, to design the home they’ve dreamed of within their budget and timescales constraints.
Established in 2016, our Managing Director Oliver Mifsud, has over 15 years in the building industry. We directly employ a core team of six experienced general builders that we’ve worked with for many years. This small, close nit team, means you will see familiar faces on site and they will get to you know you and your project in detail. From demolition to final finishings, they take pride in creating the high quality homes our clients have envisioned.
HOW WE WORK
We prefer to start working with our clients at the early stage of their project idea. Either recommending an architect from our roster or working with their chosen architect if they’ve already progressed their design.
By working collaboratively with the client and the design team, we help inform the construction methods and detailed design to optimise the client’s budget with their design vision.
We have a network of specialist subcontractors such as kitchen designers, cabinetry makers, sustainable heating providers, lighting designer, audio visual experts and security experts that we can bring in at this stage. These sepecialist solutions can elevate the overall build quality and ensure the home meets the demanding lifestyles of our clients.

We are the construction partner for our sister company Hawkings Alexander.
